We are proud to announce that Matrix Research has been named as one of Dayton Business Journal's Best Places to Work for 2026.

This award celebrates companies that have created positive environments for employees to perform their jobs. Companies are scored based on things like competitive benefits, financial incentives, overall team camaraderie, and workplace atmosphere. The full list of organizations is featured in DBJ's Best Places to Work insert, where Matrix is ranked the second Best Place to Work in the Dayton Region for medium sized companies.

The Dayton Business Journal interviewed Matrix President Bob Hawley to get an inside look at some of the efforts Matrix focuses on to support these priorities.
